Since 1991, the Group has already adopted the approach of innovative research for its business, using modern technologies to determine what natural aromatic materials for its specific flavors and fragrances products. The Company believes that the development and production of flavors and fragrances is a technical process summoning the combination of knowledge, experience and talents of flavourists, perfumers and researchers.
Our focus is on novel ingredient discovery and sourcing of unique natural composition of raw materials to further inspire the creativity of the Group’s talented perfumers for development of wider range of products.


At present we have two main R&D centers, one in Shenzhen and one in Shanghai and over 200 technical staff in our research team. In addition, we have exclusive co-operation with the Shanghai Institute of Technology (which is the only institute in the PRC to provide fundamental training of local flavourists ) and the China Agricultural University (which provides agricultural education with focus on differentiation of agricultural produce) for the priority of recruiting talents from their institutes for the Group’s training.
