Overview

China Flavors and Fragrances Company Limited (“CFF” or the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (together, the “Group”) manufacture and sell extracts, flavors and fragrances in the People’s Republic of China (the “PRC”). The Company was incorporated in the Cayman Islands on 9 March 2005. It is the first PRC flavors and fragrances company listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 9 December 2005. The Group through its principal wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Boton Spice Company Limited (“Shenzhen Boton”) which was established in 1991, manufactures and sells flavor enhancers, food flavors and fine fragrances under the brand name of “Boton” to corporate customers to add value to their consumer products across the country. Shenzhen Boton has established a research development centre in Shenzhen since 2004 and is renowned of its research and development strength. The Group has constructed a new production base in Shenzhen known as Boton Science and Technology Park which has come into operation in May 2013. The Group has thrived into one of the leading enterprises in the PRC flavors and fragrances industry with its one stop business model of research development, manufacture and sale of flavors and fragrances.
